There’s never been a better time to be part of a TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchise team, and we’re spreading the word about the great opportunities within TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchises in 2024!

Beginning in February and running through the end of April, the Career Move Season campaign will run nationwide, aiming to bring in 5,000 hires across TWO MEN AND A TRUCK locations nationwide.

“Our goal is to really showcase the opportunity for advancement within not only our franchise group, but the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK system as a whole,” said Morgan Nelson, the Director of Marketing and Recruiting for the Empire Franchise Group. “In 2023 alone, we had 15 internal promotions, with 14 of those employees starting as a mover or driver on the frontline. We are focusing on retaining the employees we currently have here and providing them with the tools they need to not only grow in their current role but grow within our franchise system.”

The goal of this program will be to showcase life at a TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchise during the busy moving season, and give people interested in working with one of our teams a look at the following:

How you can move forward in your career working at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK
How franchise teams come together to achieve a common goal
How team members at our franchise get to play an active role in giving back to their community through charitable efforts

“Obviously, everything starts with interviewing and hiring, but the success of our busy season really boils down to training and development,” said Justin Clarey, franchisee of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Columbus, Ohio location. “We really have the next three months to develop our staff and get them ready to handle the increase volume of calls, so they are ready for an increased workload without sacrificing the customer experience. Our management team understands this and does a great job of coaching our teams on how to make good decisions and use the resources and support they have when needed.”
