“Each month leading up to the peak moving season has had a specific theme, emphasizing the importance of giving back, career advancement, and coming together as a team,” said Grzegorczyk.

While the focus is on hiring movers and drivers, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchisees are also seeking support for various roles within their operations, including customer service representatives, recruiters, and office managers.
