Shunk Group, Inc. is currently seeking a Bookkeeper to join our local franchise group! The Bookkeeper will help support financial operations for multiple companies by performing accounting and payroll services. This position is perfect for a recent graduate in Accounting, Business, or Finance looking to gain a variety of real-world experience.

Job Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping using Xero accounting software and other integrated applications
- Accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, journal entries, and reconciling accounts
- Researching and documenting accounting issues
- Compiling and analyzing financial reports
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of bookkeeping or accounting experience (previous internships may qualify)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Skills (not required)
- Public Accounting Experience
- Xero Certified
- Payroll Processing
