There is NO COLD CALLING! We have warm leads from customers interested in our products and services. IHC’s role is to share our services and book them! At Two Men and a Truck, we offer a base salary to provide a more consistent income.

- Guaranteed base salary of $43,000 annually + performance-based bonuses

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recommend and estimate our services and products based on cost, availability, and customer specifications
- Visit homes/businesses and provide an estimate for our services
- Provide outstanding customer service on all calls, emails, texts, and online inquiries with strong emphasis on accurate estimates and closing the sale
- Enter, schedule, and coordinate selected services
- Calmly and professionally handle customer concerns, complaints, or customer service issues
- Follow-up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction
- Obtain monthly goals
- All other duties as assigned
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
- Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background check
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required, some college is strongly preferred
- At least 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience
- Excellent customer service skills: effective listening and communication
- Ability to multi-task and enter customer data into software while in the home/business
- Good grammar, voice, and diction
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
- Confidence to initiate customer contact, and comfortable asking for the sale
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Able to perform basic business math
- Demonstrated integrity, ethical standards, and commitment to teamwork, compassion for all, and being your best while having fun
