Juan

Operations Manager
Juan has come a long way since he joined the team in 2008, and the atmosphere of the company and the people he’s fortunate to work with are a few of the qualities that really make the job enjoyable.

Being a mover at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® means at times getting your hands dirty, working as a team to achieve a greater goal, and truly understanding the value of hard work.

The people who find success as movers learn everything from customer service and how the company operates, to the teamwork and dedication it takes to get the job done. Many veteran team members and managers start off in the system as movers and work their way up the ladder. Juan of Quad Cities, Iowa is another great example of career growth within the system.

Juan began working as a mover with the Quad Cities franchise in 2008, and this would prove to be the start of something big. He was moved to driver in 2009, move manager in 2010, on site estimator and move manager in 2012, and the finally promoted to his current position of operations manager in 2014.

He’s come a long way since he joined the team in 2008, and the atmosphere of the company and the people he’s fortunate to work with are a few of the qualities that really make the job enjoyable.

“I like problem solving, building the culture, and seeing everyone come together as a family,” Gallegos said. “I like how this company is so family-oriented.”

In his spare time, Juan enjoys spending time with his family, doing outdoor activities, and checking out all of the great things the Quad Cities has to offer.

Moving People Forward® is what we do here at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, and Gallegos has been yet another employee to launch his career into something spectacular, while helping others along the way.

“TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® has moved me forward by applying the core values to everyday life here at work,” Juan said. “I’ve helped move people forward by having an open management style, and teaching people how to use our tools to move themselves forward.”
