Lead Customer Service Representative
After TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® caught her attention multiple times, Theondra finally joined the team, using her new career to continue her love of helping others.

Theondra relocated back to the state of Georgia in 2014, working with a company she had previously been with for about eight years. While looking for a job that she could do while working toward her Bachelor’s degree, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® continually caught her attention, and she finally reached out and applied.

“I was drawn to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® several times during my research phase, and each time there was something else that made it feel right, like the core values,” Theondra said. “I finally decided to apply, and here I am one year and seven months later, a lead customer sales representative for my location.”

Theondra began as a CSR at the Douglas County location in Dallas, Ga., in March of 2014, and earlier this year was promoted to the lead CSR position at the same location. Having previously done work as a counselor for adolescents and young adults, helping people was a big part of her life, and her transition to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® was a natural fit.

“Moving can be one of the most stressful experiences in someone’s life. On a day-to-day basis, I have the opportunity to have an impact on making that experience the most positive and memorable experience ever,” Theondra said. “I take pride in coordinating moves as accurately and efficiently as possible.”

In her spare time, Theondra continues to make a difference by mentoring children. She also loves spending time with her family, and soaking up as much knowledge as she can through reading and talking to people she feels are where she wants to be in her life.

Theondra has moved quickly since joining the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® family, and it has changed her outlook on life and inspired her to do more.

“TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® has moved me forward by inspiring me to be a better person all the way around. I have a different outlook on life and where I want to go in life,” Theondra said. “I am motivated in every way to be better as a mother, wife, daughter, care giver, student, and professional. Not only is it a personal goal to exceed every customers’ expectations, but every morning I wake up and set out to exceed my own expectations of myself.”
