Our Culture

Culture is a big deal within the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® system. Having been founded by a close-knit family more than 30 years ago, those family values, and relationships, have continued to trickle all throughout the franchise system. Locations across the country have implemented that “family feel” within their locations over the years, in addition to creating a culture in the workplace that keeps employees sticking around, finding a home away from home.

Franchisees reward their employees in a number of creative and thoughtful ways. The franchise team in Omaha for example, celebrates their hardworking team by purchasing fresh, local meat and distributing to their employees in heavy duty, Yeti coolers.

Other franchisees reward their teams by doing off-site outings, just like the group in Lakeland, Florida who built their comradery by spending a day off site with some friendly paintball competition.

Team breakfasts, cash prizes, catered lunches, prize wheels of winning … the possibilities are endless, and one thing’s for sure, our franchise locations know how to reward hard work and superior customer service.
