The Outside Sales Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the sales plans for the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Baton Rouge franchise, with the objective of promoting all products and services both internally and externally to grow revenue.

The Outside Sales Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the sales plans for the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Baton Rouge franchise, with the objective of promoting all products and services both internally and externally to grow revenue.

- Pay range: $40,000 - $50,000 annually + monthly incentives and quarterly bonuses!

Responsibilities
- Manage the Sales/Customer Service department alongside the franchisee
- Perform all In-Home Consultations in the south Louisiana territory
- Develop strategic sales growth plans with the franchisee to ensure daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue and profit objectives are met
- Assist in setting yearly budgetary goals for the upcoming year
- Create and nurture a positive work environment that emphasizes motivation, empowerment, teamwork, continuous improvement, and a passion for providing exceptional service
- Lead by example: demonstrate self-confidence, positive energy, and enthusiasm
- Effectively communicate The Vision, plans, goals, and objectives to office staff to ensure effective execution and optimize the productivity of sales professionals
- Co-responsible for on-boarding, training/development, and disciplinary action of current and new sales staff
- Provide appropriate weekly and monthly internal reporting to the franchisee; track, manage and share all phone and online lead-related data
- Regularly review the year over year sales metrics to identify trends and opportunities
- Perform all the duties of a CSR as needed
- Function as a vital member of the leadership team, working with other department managers
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience is required; training, management, and/or coaching experience is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous, and helpful)
- Effective listening and communication skills
- Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities; proven ability to coach and develop sales representatives
- Excellent organizational skills; must be able to multi-task under time constraints
- Must be proficient with the following Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
