This group works to ensure all standards are being met with team members, trucks, equipment, franchise buildings, and more to ensure the customer and employee experiences match from franchise to franchise.

Our corporate sales support team is dedicated to assisting our franchises as they put together franchise sales plans and training for their teams in order to achieve sales goals. They also offer training and support for franchisees as they hire new team members as well as ongoing training with the most up-to-date sales tactics to maximize efficiency and increase sales lead conversions.

The TWO MEN AND A TRUCK customer care team is a crucial part of the customer experience. This team works endlessly to ensure customer needs or concerns are met in a timely, helpful fashion. This team is available to answer calls customers may have about their move and assists in connecting the customer with a franchise for moving needs or if they’ve encountered issues during their moves. The team also works closely with the marketing department to assist with social media efforts and customer responses.

From training our franchise frontline teams before they ever step foot on a move to training CSRs, managers, and other specialty positions to ensure they understand their roles and expectations, our corporate training team is constantly building new programs, webinars, and classroom-style material for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchisees and their teams to keep them up-to-date on the job.
