What started as a part-time gig to earn extra spending money grew into a long-term career for Pasadena Operations Manager Arthur.
Lyrica has always enjoyed being active it comes to her job – she works at large riding stables in the summer, and has never minded lifting and moving heavy things.
For Ashley, hard work is hard work – it’s what she’s always done, and that’s the way she operates in her professional life.
Working as a manager at a local fast food chain, John was ready for a change. He wasn’t exactly sure what, but he knew it was time for something different, and that’s when a friend of his recommended getting a job with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK.
When Kathryn decided to leave the medical field and get back into the world of sales – something she had nearly 20 years of experience in – she wasn’t sure where she would end up.

For Kristen, it was our company’s work with our Movers for Moms® campaign that caught her interest and led to her eventually starting a career here.
When breaking down Micah Mayers’ TWO MEN AND A TRUCK journey, you have to break it into two parts. Originally, Micah was employed in Orlando, Fla., where he quickly advanced from mover to driver and worked nearly two and a half years at the franchise location.
The thing that attracted me most to the job was just the team environment, I’ve grown up playing sports my whole life, so when I got there and met everyone, I saw the way they treated the guys, how all the guys were team-based like family, and that was just something that really attracted me and kept me here. I quit my other job to come here because I saw the career growth and advancement that was open to movers and drivers.Arthur W.

I chose to enroll in the Managers Moving Forward Program after seeing a presentation at Annual Meeting. I saw some of the focus areas were weaknesses of mine, and I figured it would be beneficial to address those. The experience has been awesome, and all of the content has led to processes I can implement at my franchise to make it better.
