The TWO MEN AND A TRUCK brand is driven by the hardworking franchise team members who make up the 430-plus franchise locations we have across the globe.
These individuals are the ones taking the calls to get moves secured, driving to our customers, and loading up their belongings, and providing a world-class moving experience. The job is rewarding in so many ways, as you take the stress out of moving for people every day, but there is more ways than one way that you’re able to make an impact when working at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK.
One of our core values is “giving back to the community”, and this is something that is taken very seriously at every franchise. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Founder, Mary Ellen Sheets, donated the first $1,000 in profit to 10 local charities in the Lansing, Mich., area, setting the tone that we would be active participants in each community where a TWO MEN AND A TRUCK location opened.
Movers, drivers, customer service representatives, and all office staff at a franchise are the ones who have the opportunity to get out and give back, and it’s another major benefit to the job!
The fall season is one of our busiest times for giving back, as locations runs one of four branded charitable campaigns: Movers for Mutts®, Movers for Meals®, Movers for Military®, and Truckload of Warmth®. Each program serves a different purpose, but one thing remains constant: it’s the frontline team members who get out in the community and make each one happen.
Below, we’ve highlighted some examples to show how you’re able to give back when you work at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, so you can see how special a job at a TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchise can really be!
