Stick Men University

Named after our famous logo with the two stick men (who are representations of Brig and Jon Sorber, the sons of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Founder, Mary Ellen Sheets), Stick Men University is a vast online learning center with more than 300 courses covering a wide-range of topics.

Whatever your role is at a TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchise, you can find something within this online program that will help you learn more, gain valuable skills, and build on your current role to open up opportunities down the road.

In-Person Learning Events

For certain roles, there are in-person training events available to help continue your education and growth at your franchise.

Events like Shifting Gears and Maximize Your Marketing are designed for franchise team members to travel to the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Michigan Support Center in Lansing, Mich., and participate in educational classes that will help them become more well-rounded employees and give them the resources they need to grow.

Career Growth Programs

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK offers multiple career growth programs. One of the most popular is Managers Moving Forward, which helps train franchise managers for the next steps and educates them on how to become leaders at their franchise.

For those who have been in the system and are interested in taking on franchise ownership, there is the Mary Ellen’s Moving People Forward Scholarship program, where participants work through a six-month program in hopes of earning enough points to be awarded a TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchise.
