Mooresville, North Carolina Driver Brendan McGarry named 2024 TWO MEN AND A TRUCK National Move Hero

It goes without saying, the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® brand wouldn’t be what it is today without the movers and drivers who help us move customers forward each day.

They’re the heavy lifters, loading and unloading moving trucks, driving from home to home, greeting our customers, and helping them find comfort during a stressful time. They’re the move heroes representing our brand out in communities across the country with the highest level of customer service and care. It takes a special individual to do this job consistently at a high level, and we do our best to recognize those who go above and beyond.

The ultimate recognition for our frontline teams come in the form of the National Move Hero award, given to someone in a frontline role- movers, drivers, and customer service representatives, who go that extra mile and dedicate themselves to not only improving themselves, but also their franchises.

It’s unquestionably the most prestigious award in the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK network, and earlier this month, we were thrilled to name Mooresville, North Carolina Driver Brendan McGarry as the 2024 winner!

I chose to enroll in the Managers Moving Forward Program after seeing a presentation at Annual Meeting. I saw some of the focus areas were weaknesses of mine, and I figured it would be beneficial to address those. The experience has been awesome, and all of the content has led to processes I can implement at my franchise to make it better. If you aren’t growing, you’re dying, and I’d prefer the former over the latter!

The thing that attracted me most to the job was just the team environment, I’ve grown up playing sports my whole life, so when I got there and met everyone, I saw the way they treated the guys, how all the guys were team-based like family, and that was just something that really attracted me and kept me here.
