March is an exciting time here at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. Not only does March signal the start of spring but it marks the time when we roll out our annual Career Move Month initiative, where franchises begin to build their teams ahead of the busy summer moving months.
This is our 7th annual Career Move Month, and this year’s theme is “Why Apply”. While there are countless reasons to apply, we’ve narrowed it down to the top five reasons you’ll want to join our team.
These include the chance to see new places by traveling locally and long-distance to support customers on their moves; the opportunity to help others and make a difference in their lives during a stressful time; through community involvement and charity work; hard work and a sense of accomplishment at the end of the day; and to be recognized for your efforts through prizes, meals, or even certificates of recognition for a job well done.
Recruiting and Retention Manager Johanna Weitzel is thrilled to launch the annual campaign and welcome new team members to the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK family this year.
“We’re excited to make this year’s Career Move Month a success,” Weitzel said. “Throughout the month of March, job seekers should look out for local hiring events at a TWO MEN AND A TRUCK location near them, in addition to stories on our national social media accounts and blogs about the opportunities and jobs available with our company. Additionally, franchises across the U.S., will promote opportunities in their areas to show what it’s like to be part of their local team.”
Alongside Career Move Month in March, we’re also launching a New Hire Contest, rewarding new team members who get hired between March 1 and May 15. All new hires at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchises during this timeframe are automatically entered to win $500, with five winners being chosen.
