TWO MEN AND A TRUCK’s Michigan Support Center provides career opportunities for all areas of corporate life

The TWO MEN AND A TRUCK brand wouldn’t be where it is without the hardworking individuals at our 430-plus franchise locations across the United States, Canada, Ireland, and the United Kingdom.

These are the people you see out and about representing the brand every day, helping move our customers forward. But back in Lansing, Mich., the birthplace of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK – people are working behind the scenes at our Michigan Support Center office to support all TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchises and help the brand grow.

This office features over 200 employees who are subject matter experts in a wide range of business backgrounds, from marketing to I.T., finance, accounting, operations, human resources, training, and more. Each day, they’re working hard to put together new ideas for the brand and provide resources to our franchises to help them reach new levels of success.

I chose to enroll in the Managers Moving Forward Program after seeing a presentation at Annual Meeting. I saw some of the focus areas were weaknesses of mine, and I figured it would be beneficial to address those. The experience has been awesome, and all of the content has led to processes I can implement at my franchise to make it better. If you aren’t growing, you’re dying, and I’d prefer the former over the latter!

The thing that attracted me most to the job was just the team environment, I’ve grown up playing sports my whole life, so when I got there and met everyone, I saw the way they treated the guys, how all the guys were team-based like family, and that was just something that really attracted me and kept me here.
