TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is currently running our third-annual Career Move Season hiring campaign!

For those who haven’t heard, Career Move Season is designed to help our franchises bring in 6,500 new hires across the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchise network to make sure their moving teams are fully staffed and ready to meet the demands of our customers. As the weather gets warmer, our schedules are filling up, and franchises are seeking new team members!

I chose to enroll in the Managers Moving Forward Program after seeing a presentation at Annual Meeting. I saw some of the focus areas were weaknesses of mine, and I figured it would be beneficial to address those. The experience has been awesome, and all of the content has led to processes I can implement at my franchise to make it better. If you aren’t growing, you’re dying, and I’d prefer the former over the latter!
