People often think of our movers and drivers when they hear of our brand – and rightfully so – but there are other positions at our franchises which are just as important to the overall success of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK.

One of the most important roles with our company is the role of a customer service representative. We’re a customer experience brand, and it’s our job to ensure customers are comfortable with hiring us to move their belongings. This starts with the work of our CSRs, who serve as the first point of contact for customers as they help them get setup with their moves.

CSRs are tasked with being knowledgeable about everything involved with the brand so they can stay sharp and answer any questions a customer might have. They need to understand inventory, scheduling, and availability for their locations to make sure they are providing customers with accurate info, too. On top of all of this, they need to bring a friendly, personable attitude with them on every phone call to bring an inviting presence which represents our brand well. It’s not an easy job, and it takes individuals who live for hard work while bringing an upbeat personality with them every day.
