2020 Drive With Us Campaign

Enjoy a change of scenery and see new sights daily with a career at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®! Our hard-working team members enjoy utilizing their skills in different ways each day while exceeding each customer’s individual expectations. Often, our team members start in the mover role and take on additional responsibility. Expert movers who show dedication to Moving People Forward® are promoted to the driver role daily across our franchise system, and we created a contest to recognize these individuals.

This year, we’re excited to announce our fourth annual Drive With Us campaign, which serves to recognize, celebrate, and retain drivers who live out our core values each day.

Our 2020 Drive With Us campaign will have two separate contests. In our Newly Promoted Driver contest, any TWO MEN AND A TRUCK driver who has been promoted to the driver role in the past three months has the chance to win $200! Ten newly promoted drivers will be randomly selected to win in this contest. The contest runs through Sept. 30, so you still have time to join the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK team and get promoted to the driver role before the contest ends!

Our second contest in the Drive With Us campaign is the Driver Length of Service contest. This will reward system drivers with prizes based on length of time as a TWO MEN AND A TRUCK driver. Five winners will be randomly selected; one in each category:

Three to six months as a driver: $250
Six months, one day to one year as a driver: $500
One year, one day to five years as a driver: $750
Five years, one day to ten years as a driver: $1,000
Ten years, one day and over as a driver: $1,500

In both contests, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchisees and managers will submit their drivers through an online form to be entered into the drawing. Entries are accepted June 19 – Sept. 30, 2020, so act soon!

I chose to enroll in the Managers Moving Forward Program after seeing a presentation at Annual Meeting. I saw some of the focus areas were weaknesses of mine, and I figured it would be beneficial to address those. The experience has been awesome, and all of the content has led to processes I can implement at my franchise to make it better. If you aren’t growing, you’re dying, and I’d prefer the former over the latter!

The thing that attracted me most to the job was just the team environment, I’ve grown up playing sports my whole life, so when I got there and met everyone, I saw the way they treated the guys, how all the guys were team-based like family, and that was just something that really attracted me and kept me here.
