TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in Colorado Springs is hiring Drivers (Non-CDL) to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, active role where you’ll drive, lead moves, and deliver top-tier customer service while working with a supportive team.

What You’ll Do
- Safely drive and maneuver a 26-ft moving truck
- Lead and support your moving team on jobs
- Greet customers and complete pre-move walkthroughs
- Pack, load, unload, and unpack customer belongings
- Provide excellent customer service on every move
- Complete paperwork and collect payments accurately
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in a physically active environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and team mindset
- Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
- Must be 21 years of age or older due to insurance purposes
Preferred (not required):
- Experience in driving, moving, warehouse, delivery, or general labor
- Schedule
- Full-time and part-time available
- Monday through Saturday
- Schedule varies daily based on customer moves
