Job Requirements
- Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and 21 years of age or older
- Minimum of 3 years driving experience. NO CDL REQUIRED!
- Clean driving record preferred (2 or less minor validations may be considered)
- No super speeder violations within the last 3 years
- High school diploma or GED are encouraged
- Ability to communicate professionally, verbally, and in writing, in English
- Physical stamina to lift/carry 100 pounds or more repeatedly throughout the day
- Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and random drug screens
Job Responsibilities
- Drivers act as the team leader for your team.
- Drivers work hand in hand with movers to complete services.
- Execute moves at a high level of safety and provides customer service.
- Drivers must safely operate a 26-foot moving truck, perform daily truck inspections and complete paperwork with customers.
- Be a TEAM player. Be on time. Be friendly. Be safe. Hustle!
What we offer:
- Compensation ranges from $36k - $50k Annually (including base hourly pay, commission and tips)
