What You'll Do
  • Participate in daily dispatch huddles
  • Lead crews and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Safely drive and operate a 26-foot moving truck
  • Safely move, pack, and transport customer belongings
  • Conduct customer walkthroughs and communicate professionally throughout the move
  • Complete truck inspections and maintain equipment accountability
  • Accurately complete paperwork and collect payments
  • Serve as the crew leader and ensure a successful move experience
What We're Looking For
"Drivers Who Care"
  • 18+ years old
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to repeatedly lift 100+ pounds
  • Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
  • Comfortable leading a team and interacting with customers
  • Professional communication skills in English
Experience That Helps (Not Required)
  • Box truck driving
  • Moving industry experience
