Drivers start at $22/hour, with additional earning opportunities through:
- Interstate move commissions

Some top drivers earn the equivalent of $35–$40+/hour during peak season when tips and commissions are included.
IMPORTANT:
This is NOT a “sit and drive” position. Drivers are expected to safely move furniture and perform physical labor alongside their team throughout the day.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Drive a 26-ft automatic box truck
- Safely move, pack, and protect customer belongings
- Work closely with a team to complete moves efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service
- Complete truck inspections and paperwork
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 21 years or older (drivers only) with valid driver's license and safe driving record to be a driver
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly
- Reliable, energetic, and team-oriented
- Customer service mindset
