What You’ll Be Doing
- Helping customers during one of the biggest transitions in their lives
- Answering inbound calls and guiding customers through the moving process
- Building quotes and helping customers choose services that fit their needs
- Providing an exceptional customer experience from first call to booked move
- Working toward individual and team sales goals in a supportive environment

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and technology

- Ability to navigate websites and software confidently
