At TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK®, we’re hiring a Junk Removal Driver / Onsite Sales Specialist who can connect with customers, sell services on the spot, and get the job done physically.

What You’ll Do

Customer Service + Sales (This is KEY)
Meet customers onsite and walk them through the service
Quote jobs confidently based on volume
Recommend additional services (cleanouts, extra loads, labor)
Close the sale onsite + collect payment
Deliver a 5-star experience from start to finish

Junk Removal (Hands-On Work)

Lift, carry, and load items (furniture, appliances, debris)
Work in homes, offices, and job sites
Lift 75+ lbs repeatedly
Sort items for donation, recycling, or disposal

Driving + Teamwork

Safely operate company vehicles
Work with a team that moves fast and supports each other
Represent the brand professionally in the community

What We’re Looking For

Sales-minded personality (comfortable talking money + closing jobs)
Someone who likes physical work (this is NOT optional)
Strong communicator with a positive attitude
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
Comfortable helping customers in stressful or emotional situations
