What We Offer

Starting Salary: $60,000 - $80,000

What You’ll Do

This role includes various responsibilities, but your primary objective is to grow the team and lead them to success.
Collaborate with sales and marketing staff to develop and execute sales and marketing plans.
Establish/Follow systems, policies, and procedures to drive continual improvement in key functional business areas.
Oversee the Operations Staff to ensure profitability and high customer satisfaction.
Responsible for employee development, accountability, and corrective action programs.
Drive communication upward through weekly/monthly reports for executive review.
Review financial statements, sales reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and assure goals are achieved.

What We’re Looking For

Proven ability to lead by example and demonstrate a coaching mindset to motivate, develop and direct people.
Candidates must have previous experience with leading a team.
Experience in Home Service businesses, Logistics or similar fields preferred.
Ability to assess the performance of individuals and willingness to suggest immediate improvement and/or take corrective action.
Strong decision-making ability. Strong problem-solving ability.
