We are looking for a creative, and technically savvy person to join our web products team as we grow to support multiple brands within ServiceMaster. You will help guide and ensure the success of the digital customer experience and the success of multiple web products. Working closely with our content and creative teams, as well as developers to plan, design, and build web products.
This role is hybrid and sits in our Lansing, Michigan office.
What you will do:
- Work directly with business stakeholders to understand objectives and align web products, timelines, and features to meet those needs
- Manage the backlog of multiple websites, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Coordinate content creation with our content team or contract writers as needed
- Ensure accuracy of business listings such Google Business Profiles
- Work with our marketing analyst to analyze results and build plans for improved performance
- Ensure timelines are established and our developers have a clear path for success
- Monitor competitors and keep our products in a leading position
- Work with our IT group to ensure integration into CRM and other systems are functioning
- Oversee the implementation of technical marketing tactics, like lead attribution, to ensure the data analyst has accurate data for reporting
- Perform user acceptance testing and regular audits to ensure site performance
What you will bring:
- Familiarity with agile development cycles
- Customer service focus with demonstrated ability to help non-technical individuals succeed with technology
- Experience with website hosting, troubleshooting, and finding solutions
- Experience with content management systems like Drupal or Wordpress
- Basic knowledge of AWS services
- Experience with SEO monitoring tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs or BrightEdge
- Intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript
- Possess strong written and oral communication skills
- Detail oriented; demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality
- Ability to manage several simultaneous projects and resources without losing focus
- Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office Suite and report generation
- Some experience or training in project management, project support, or agile process is required
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, information technology or related field a plus, but not required
