Customer Sales Representative

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Springfield, MO is NOW HIRING enthusiastic, inbound, sales persons who are focused on helping customers move forward from one location to the next! In this role, you will unleash your strategic selling skills and in-depth knowledge of company services to build relationships with our customers and schedule their move. The candidate must also aspire to help the company achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and profit goals.  This is a great sales position for those who are self-starters and enjoy a fast-paced work environment. The Relocation Sales Coordinator must also maintain and promote our safety culture by adhering to all company established safety rules, regulations, and procedures to keep oneself and all other employees safe at all times.
  • NO COLD CALLING - this position takes care of in bound sales leads via the web, text, and phone
  • Schedule: Mon – Fri (8:00am to 5:00pm) + rotating Saturday's (8:00am to 12:00pm).

Responsibilities
Relocation Sales Coordinators convert leads, schedule moves, upsell our products and services, and create a fun experience for our customers!
  • Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
  • Unleash your sales expertise across phone, text, and virtual channels, providing lightning-fast responses to customers hungry for immediate engagement.
  • Be the driving force behind sales by actively seeking opportunities, brainstorming creating methods, and revolutionizing lead generation.
  • Collaborate with like-minded team members to surpass sales targets and create an environment where success is the norm.
  • Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and inquiries submitted online
  • Recommend moving services and products based on cost, availability and customer specifications
  • Input information into internal move software to provide accurate moving estimates and schedule moves
  • Obtain customer feedback through follow-up calls, both during and after moves
  • Calmly and professionally handle customer concerns
  • Prepare move-related paperwork and documents
  • Show up on time every day; maintain regular and punctual attendance
  • All other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales with an insatiable drive to exceed targets
  • Master multitasker, effortlessly managing inquiries across various channels
  • Excellent diction and written and communication skills
  • High school diploma or GED; Associate degree in a related field preferred
  • A minimum of 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience
  • Excellent customer relations skills: effective listening and communication
  • Ability to multi-task and enter customer data into move software while on the phone
  • Confidence to initiate customer contact, and comfortable asking for the sale
  • Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills
  • Strong team player who can work with a wide range of people and personalities
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Business casual work attire
Work is generally performed in an office setting with no unusual hazards.
