TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in Wilmington, NC is hiring dependable, customer-focused Drivers who enjoy staying active and working with a team. This is a non-CDL position that is local, with opportunity to travel the country. You'll safely drive our moving trucks, lead the crew which is often you and a mover, on move day, and help load and unload customers' belongings with care. No move is the same, every day is different. Starting Pay: $21/hour base rate + tips and commission opportunity

Compensation & Benefits:

· Starting pay: $21.00/hour

· Opportunity to earn tips daily

· Ability to earn commission on interstate moves that breaks out to earning a higher hourly rate than local (optional, hotels and per diem paid for by the company)

· Weekly Friday pay

· Monthly performance bonuses of $1+ per hour above your base rate

What You’ll Do

· Safely operate a non-CDL moving truck while maintaining an excellent driving record.

· Lead and work alongside your mover or crew to load, protect, transport, and unload household and commercial items.

· Lift and carry furniture, appliances, boxes, and other heavy items using proper moving techniques and equipment.

· Deliver outstanding customer service from start to finish.

· Communicate professionally with customers and teammates.

· Protect customers' homes and belongings during every move.

· Maintain a clean truck and follow all safety procedures.

· Succeed through hard work and customer service.

What We’re Looking For:

· At least 21 years old (insurance requirement)

· Valid driver's license with a good driving record

· No CDL required

· Able to lift and carry up to 100 pounds with a team

· Comfortable with stairs, bending, kneeling, and working outdoors

· Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded

· Positive attitude and strong customer service skills

· Available to work weekdays and Saturdays, we are closed on Sundays

· We also offer part time options for those looking to work a second job
