TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in Wilmington, NC is hiring dependable, customer-focused movers who enjoy staying active and working with a team. This is a position that is local, with opportunity to travel the country. You'll safely assist the driver with preparing for your moves on move day, and help protect, load and unload customers' belongings with care. No move is the same, every day is different. Starting Pay: $16/hour base rate + tips and commission opportunity

Compensation & Benefits:

· Starting pay: $16.00/hour

· Opportunity to earn tips daily

· Ability to earn commission on interstate moves that breaks out to earning a higher hourly rate than local (optional, hotels and per diem paid for by the company)

· Weekly Friday pay

· Monthly performance bonuses of $1+ per hour above your base rate

What You’ll Do:

· Load and unload items from our moving trucks, ensuring that they are properly secured and transported safely

· Lift and carry furniture, appliances, boxes, and other heavy items using proper moving techniques and equipment.

· Deliver outstanding customer service from start to finish.

· Communicate professionally with customers and teammates.

· Protect customers' homes and belongings during every move.

· Maintain a clean truck and follow all safety procedures.

· Maintain a positive, can-do attitude.

· Succeed through hard work and customer service
