As our Sales & Marketing Representative, you won’t just be promoting moving services—you’ll be building the foundation for our local success story. This is a part-time position (~30 hrs./week) with BIG potential to grow into a full-time leadership role as our franchise expands. You’ll work independently most of the time, with strong remote support. Your creativity, hustle, and people skills will fuel the momentum that drives new business and keeps customers coming back. What You’ll Do:
Marketing & Outreach
- Bring fresh ideas to local marketing and grassroots outreach
- Deliver rack cards, posters, and giveaways to key local spots
- Build authentic relationships with apartment managers, realtors, retirement communities, and more
- Attend and rep us at local networking events and community happenings
- Track outreach efforts and help us build a local buzz
Sales & Customer Experience
- Deliver top-notch service to customers via phone and online inquiries
- Recommend moving services based on customer needs—earn bonuses for closed sales!
- Use our software to create accurate move quotes and book jobs
- Follow up with customers to collect feedback and resolve concerns professionally
- Smash your personal sales and satisfaction goals
What We’re Looking For:
- A confident communicator who’s not afraid to cold call, chat up a property manager, or present in front of a crowd
- Creative, self-driven, and ready to work independently
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to juggle priorities like a pro
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Valid driver's license and clean background check required
