What You'll Do

Safely drive a 26 ft. moving truck (automatic)
Work alongside your team to lift, carry, and move items (75+ lbs)
Load/unload furniture, boxes, and household goods
Provide top-tier customer service
Complete daily inspections + basic paperwork

What We’re Looking For

20+ years old with a valid driver’s license
Safe driving record
Physically able to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly
Comfortable with active, labor-intensive work (this is required)
Reliable, on time, team-oriented
Positive attitude + willingness to learn
No experience? No problem.

What You’ll Do

Drive a 26-ft automatic box truck (Non-CDL)
Lift, carry, and move items (75+ lbs daily)
Work with a team to complete moves efficiently
Provide excellent customer service (better service = better tips)
Perform truck inspections + basic paperwork

What We’re Looking For

20+ years old with a valid driver’s license
Safe driving record
Must be able to perform physical labor daily (non-negotiable)
Reliable, coachable, and team-oriented
Positive attitude + strong customer service skills

About the Role

I chose to enroll in the Managers Moving Forward Program after seeing a presentation at Annual Meeting. I saw some of the focus areas were weaknesses of mine, and I figured it would be beneficial to address those. The experience has been awesome, and all of the content has led to processes I can implement at my franchise to make it better.
