Are you confident on the phone, competitive, and motivated by earning commission? Join TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® as a Sales Representative (Move Consultant) and help customers plan one of life's biggest transitions while building a rewarding sales career.

This is not a traditional customer service role. We are looking for sales-minded professionals who enjoy closing deals, overcoming objections, and achieving performance goals.

What You'll Do

Convert inbound calls, web inquiries, and follow-up opportunities into booked moves
Build customized moving estimates using company software
Recommend additional services such as packing, storage, supplies, and valuation coverage
Follow up with prospective customers and close sales
Secure deposits and maintain accurate customer records
Meet and exceed booking, revenue, and conversion goals

What We're Looking For

1+ year of inside sales, call center sales, retail sales, or customer-facing sales experience preferred
Strong closing, communication, and objection-handling skills
Comfortable making outbound follow-up calls
Motivated by goals, commissions, and performance metrics
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
