TWO MEN AND A TRUCK’s third-annual Career Move Season aims to bring in 6,500 new hires at the franchise level

Spring is in the air, and that might mean warmer weather and spending more time outside for you, but for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, it means the start of the busy moving season!

Our busiest months of the year usually range from April through August, and understandably so. With the weather getting warm and the school season ending, customers take advantage and get the home move they’ve been dreaming about completed.

With the demand for moving services rising, it means our franchises need more staff on hand to keep moving our customers forward!

For the third year, we’re running what’s called “Career Move Season”, a brand-wide hiring awareness campaign to draw more attention to the jobs available at our 430-plus TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchises. From movers and drivers to customer service representatives, office staff, managers, and more – these locations couldn’t do what they do without hardworking team members.

This year, the goal is to hire 6,500 individuals across all our franchises, and we’re spreading the word about why these franchise jobs can be so impactful!

I chose to enroll in the Managers Moving Forward Program after seeing a presentation at Annual Meeting. I saw some of the focus areas were weaknesses of mine, and I figured it would be beneficial to address those.
