TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® CAREER MOVE MONTH SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

Sweepstakes Period: The TWO MEN AND A TRUCK CAREER MOVE MONTH SWEEPSTAKES (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 am (Eastern Time) on February 1, 2020, and ends at 11:59 pm Eastern Time on February 29, 2020 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Eligibility: Employees are eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes if they meet the following criteria (“Eligible Employees”):

Must be 18 years old or older a legal resident of the United States or the District of Columbia;
Must be actively employed by a TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchise on February 29, 2020 (the “Commitment End Date”).

No other employee of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®/International, Inc. (“Sponsor”) is eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

How to Enter the Sweepstakes: TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchise employees will submit an entry into the Sweepstakes by texting a photograph to a specified number. Entries must be submitted during the Sweepstakes Period, contain all requested information, and allow the Sponsor to use their photographs as needed for promotional marketing efforts. Photographs must belong to the franchise employee sending the photograph into the Sweepstakes. Franchise employees may submit as many entries as desired.
Submission Guidelines. By entering your Submission, you agree that your Submission conforms to the Submission Guidelines set forth below and that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may remove your Submission and disqualify you from the Contest if it believes, in its sole discretion, your Submission fails to conform to the Submission Guidelines. By entering your Submission, in addition to rights granted below, you: (a) grant to Sponsor all rights necessary to display your Submission on Sponsor’s websites, Sponsor’s Facebook page, and other social media vehicles, such as Instagram and Twitter; (b) hereby waive any so-called moral (e.g., creative rights) in your Submission; (c) represent and warrant that you have the right to grant the rights granted in these Official Rules; and (d) represent and warrant that your Submission and its use as contemplated in these Official Rules does not and will not violate, misappropriate, or infringe upon any law or regulation or the rights of any third party, including any copyright, trademark, or any rights of publicity or privacy, or any other intellectual property or proprietary rights.

All Submissions must:

be entrant's original creation and all rights therein owned one hundred percent (100%) by the entrant;
not have been submitted previously in a promotion of any kind or exhibited or displayed publicly through any means;
not contain material that violates, misappropriates, or infringes upon any law or regulation or the rights of any third party, including any copyright, trademark, or any rights of publicity or privacy, or any other intellectual property or proprietary rights;
not disparage any person or entity;
not contain nudity or material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, and/or defamatory;
not display any visibly branded material or merchandise;
not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; and
not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any jurisdiction where Submission is created, or otherwise deemed objectionable by Sponsor.

If the Submission includes people other than the entrant, including minors, you represent and warrant that you have the right to use their photo and likeness in the Submission and you represent and warrant that your entry of the Submission constitutes a release on their behalf. If it is ultimately determined that you do not have the right to use the photo or likeness of any people included in your Submission, your Submission will be disqualified
Winner Selection: There will be twenty (20) winners. Each potential winner will be chosen at random among all submissions. The drawing will occur within one (1) week after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. The Sponsor will contact each potential winner by phone and each potential winner must cooperate with the Sponsor to confirm that they meet all eligibility requirements. If any potential winner does not meet all eligibility requirements, they will be disqualified and a replacement potential winner will be selected at random from the remaining Eligible Employees who were entered during the Sweepstakes Period. This process will be repeated until twenty (20) winners are selected and confirmed. The drawings will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of Eligible Employees entered in the Sweepstakes.
Prizes: Each confirmed winner will receive a $100 VISA gift card. The approximate retail value of each prize is $100.

Criteria to Claim a Prize: To claim a Prize, the potential winner must meet all eligibility requirements for entry into the Sweepstakes at the time of delivery of the prize. The Sponsor will mail each prize to the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchise where the winner is employed or such other location in the United States as directed by the winner. No assignment, transfer, conversion to cash or cash redemption or substitution of the prize is permitted, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of comparable or greater value. Any difference between the approximate value and the actual cost of the prize will not be awarded. Prizes may not be sold or refunded for any monetary gain. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners, if applicable.

General Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes or providing information required to confirm your eligibility to participate or to confirm that you meet the criteria to claim a prize, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor. Winners will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability/Publicity Release or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Return of prize/prize notification will result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel the Sweepstakes and determine the applicable winners in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received prior to cancellation. You hereby release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its agents, employees, officers, directors and franchisees from any and all claims, losses, damages, expenses, injury of any kind, including personal injury and death, arising out of or related to your participation in the Sweepstakes and/or related to any prize, costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) and liabilities (including settlements) brought or asserted by any third party against any of Sponsor due to or arising out of your participation in the Sweepstakes, or use of your name, persona and likeness, biographical information and/or voice, or any other rights granted to Sponsor, including any claims for including but not limited to trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, right of privacy or defamation. By participating in this Sweepstakes or providing information required to confirm your eligibility or to confirm that you meet the criterial to claim a prize, you hereby represent and warrant that you have read, are fully familiar with the contents of, and agree to these Official Rules. Publicity Release: Subject to applicable law, the winners of the Sweepstakes irrevocably grant Sponsor the right and permission to use his or her name, voice, persona likeness and/or biographical material for advertising, promotional and/or publicity purposes in connection with the Sweepstakes, in all forms of media and by all manners (now and hereafter known), worldwide, in perpetuity, without any obligation, remuneration, notice, credit or consideration except for the awarding of the prize(s) to the winner.
Governing Law/Jurisdiction: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of this Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants, Sponsor or its franchisees in connection with the Sweepstakes will be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Michigan, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state’s laws. The parties each agree to finally settle all disputes in the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Lansing, Michigan.

I chose to enroll in the Managers Moving Forward Program after seeing a presentation at Annual Meeting. I saw some of the focus areas were weaknesses of mine, and I figured it would be beneficial to address those. The experience has been awesome, and all of the content has led to processes I can implement at my franchise to make it better.
